FilterPak by Family Connect is a very effective Internet filter. Every site tested was blocked, when connection was attempted either through a search engine or through a link in a text document. Up to five users are supported, each with it's own configuration of categories blocked. A seven-day free trial is available, and the software is easy to install and configure.
