Character Link offers a unique solution in that it
maintains a list of allowed Internet sites, and blocks
all others. Users are able to submit sites for review
and possible inclusion in the allow list. The process
for purchasing Character Link is outdated and cumbersome,
and credit card information is not secure. Instead of
a free trial period, there is a setup fee, and no information
on the product's web site regarding cancellation if
you are unhappy with the product. Filter Review chose
not to install and test Character Link, however we wonder
if the sign up process reflects the quality of the product.
