| "The signup for Mayberry America was not
bad. There was a lot of personl attention, however,
that is pretty much all they had. The connection
was very very slow. I tried them and one of thier
competitors at the same time and the competition
was a lot faster, so it wasn't just because it is
filtered. The connection to Mayberry was 56K but
the speed pages loaded was slower than that of a
33.6 modem. I also had problems frequently getting
bumped off the service in the middle of a web session.
In addition, there was no webmail, which left me
stranded from my email when away from home. I just
felt I got much more with the other provider, they
even allowed ME to choose which filters I wanted

| "I was extremely pleased with
Mayberry America. Even from the first day when I
called to get information, the woman I talked to
was extremely nice, and every time I called, I could
ask for her by name and I got to talk to her. I
never had to wait to talk to anyone. They were very
friendly, and when i experienced some problems with
the software, they sent another cd out overnight!
They talked my through every step needed and when
the Mayberry Dialer wasnt working, the tech support
person emailed a special dialer to me. They did
not give up. Bravo to them!!! ***** stars!"

"The live phone support services @ Mayberry
America have been very promtp in returning calls
and helping us when there was trouble on the phone
line they use locally. The technical support have

"I have AOL, but continue to get unwanted
material, am planning to switch. Mayberry has good
controls and even requires that you call them to
sign up, which increases security. If you see a
questionable site they will look at it and respond
back to you within a day. Can get ahold of a live
person. I like it. "

like the fact that Mayberry America uses server-based
filtering technology that precludes computer-savy
kids from getting around the filter. I also appreciate
that the database is continually updated, to protect
against emerging objectionable sites. In my mind,
