| This filter I have been using for years and it
is full of holes that let obscene contain thru,
it is better than nothing but far from what I am
looking for. I want to see someone develop a filter
that is user configurable to block certain keywords
and cannot be disabled by user at all without making

| We have had B-safe for over 5 years and have
been very pleased with the product and service.
There is a degree of inflexibility, but when I have
requested something to be unblocked they have been
very responsive. I would rather have my filter too

| I have used BSafe since 2002 and have been mostly
satisfied. Great filter for most objectionable
material, althoug some things get thru thanks to
intentionally demented efforts of porn industry
to stay under the filter. I changed to Windows
Vista and they do not support, so I started looking
at other options. My main gripe with BSafe is lack
of flexibility. If they block an entire range of
domains, like tripod or another free provider, I
cannot unblock any select sites, like our Boy Scout
troop's website. I've also had a few challenges
with software upgrades....not as easy as you'd like.
Customer support / tech support has been spotty.
My renewal is up and I'm looking elsewhere.

| BSafe was recommended to me by a friend. I did
some research (obviously not enough), and i attempted
to install bsafe. It crashed my computer, and we
had to uninstall it. I called and cancelled the
account only to have them bill me despite their
guarantee. I have e-mailed them several times and
called them twice about refunding my money "promptly"
as they claimed they will on their website. They
have not responded and have not yet credited my
checking account. I will NOT recommend their filter
to anyone, and I am highly disappointed in bsafe!

I've been a user of B-Safe since 2002. I am totally
fed up and ready to just get rid of it! The filter
constantly crashes my system. I tried to re-install,only
to get an error in the installation, and then what?
Emails to the company are responded to w/a bot,
it is all but impossible to get human help when
this program screws up.
The thing that really gets me the angriest, is that
I have tried several times by email to request that
they stop the automatic billing. It is virtually
impossible to stop the automatic billing. What a
